Terms of Service

By accessing or using Anhar (anhar.uz), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Anhar. By using the platform you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Accounts registered on behalf of a business must be created by an authorized representative of that business.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. Using false information or impersonating another person is prohibited.

Notify us immediately at support@anhar.uz if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

All listings submitted to Anhar must be accurate, complete, and in compliance with applicable law.

The ACN system enables agents to co-list and co-represent properties. Participation in ACN is subject to additional rules communicated during onboarding.

Commission splits agreed between agents through the ACN system are the sole responsibility of the participating agents. Anhar is not a party to agent-to-agent commission agreements.

Anhar charges a platform fee on ACN transactions as described in your subscription plan.

All content provided by Anhar — including logos, design, software, and text — is the property of Anhar and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

By submitting listings, photos, or other content to the platform, you grant Anhar a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content for the purpose of operating the service.

You retain ownership of content you submit.

Anhar is a platform connecting buyers, renters, landlords, and agents. We are not a real estate brokerage and are not a party to any transaction between users.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of any listing. All users should independently verify property information before entering into any agreement.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anhar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, your listings will be removed and your data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Any disputes arising from the use of Anhar shall be resolved in the competent courts of Uzbekistan.
